In Milwaukee and can’t decide where to have lunch or an early dinner? Make everyone happy at the Milwaukee Public Market! This upscale food emporium carries a wide range of items, from fresh seafood, wines, spices, fruit & veg, chocolates, coffee, cake and every other sort of comestible in-between. Wander and build a meal at the numerous counters throughout, then eat in (relative) peace on the second floor balcony. This is not a market where you can do a substantial amount of grocery shopping, at least at peek and weekend hours (like Cleveland’s West Side Market). It caters more toward specialty foods and meals. If a shrimp po’ boy, hummus, a latte and a chocolate egg are what you crave for lunch, this is the place to get it!

Note: parking on weekends in the Market lot is mad, look for street parking a few blocks away or use one of the other garages in the area.
