Located in unprepossessing strip mall on the north side of Appleton, Koreana has the best sushi in Wisconsin. Their vast menu is inventive and unique. Their unagi is particularly amazing and their salmon and tuna tempura rolls are unmatched.  If you have room after your sushi feat, see if you can squeeze in a piece of their big, fat chocolate cake.
